21C conference aims to create an environment where young Christian leaders will be encouraged, inspired, and equipped for gospel ministry. Delegates may be leaders of any Christian ministry, and aged between 18 and 28 years. During the conference, delegates will hear talks, engage with one another within small groups, attend seminars and workshops, meet with mature Christians ("mentors") for encouragement and wisdom, and have the opportunity to meet and enjoy fellowship with peers in ministry from all over Australia. Delegates and their churches are given follow-up material to ensure that the work of the conference is continued long after it is finished.
