All the PYV sound equipment is available for hire. The equipment is housed in a trailer, so with an adequate towing vehicle, is able to be transported all around the state. We also have data projectors and two 8 foot screens for hire.

The pricing of hire for PYV's equipment is:

• Full Sound Trailer - $350 for up to 3 days
• Medium Sound System - $100 for up to 3 days
• Small Sound System - $50 for up to 3 days
• Projector, Screen & Speaker - $30 for 1 day
• Coloured Lights & Spotlight (includes rigging) - $30 for 1 day

These rates can be altered or waived at the discretion of PYV's Administration Officer. Collection of all equipment (including towing of the trailer) shall be the responsibility of the hirer.

In addition, the hiring of an accredited PYV sound operator for the full system will incur an additional fee of $350 (to be paid directly to the operator) for services rendered. A PYV sound operator may not be required if competence with sound equipment can be established, but this shall be at the determination of PYV.
