Job Descriptions

PYV has numerous roles that are filled by volunteers and paid workers. Each of these roles has had a job description developed for it to outline the responsibilities and task timelines for the role to be effectively carried out.

Council

The PYV Council is made up of a maximum ten Councillors. There are three office bearing positions: Convenor, Secretary and Treasurer. Job descriptions for all are below:

Staff

PYV has two paid positions that assist in the ongoing operation of the ministry. These two positions are:

Operations Manager

Camps

PYV's camping ministry consists of Summer Camp and three Regional camps.

Below are the leadership food chains for each type of camp. Job descriptions are currently being developed for the regional camps, and the Summer Camp job descriptions are under review and will be made available by mid 2012.

Regional

Events

Contrary to the camps, the events in being run by a smaller team do not require job descriptions. Instead, event profiles have been developed to outline how the events are to run and how they fit into the wider PYV plan.
