Working Bee at Heathmont House

Come along to Heathmont House (Corner Canterbury Road and Waterloo Street, Heathmont) to give PYV and the Heathmont congregation a hand in fixing up the house.

 

The working bee will be held on Saturday June 26th from 9.30 AM.

Lunch will be provided on the day.

 

Jobs to be done include:

• Clearing of garden waste & earthworks (outside)
• Stripping of plaster off walls internally
• Lifting of carpet in long meeting room
• Stripping of asbestos sheet from kitchen walls (workers will have to have respirator type face masks with replaceable filters) - ac sheet will be wrapped in heavy plastic sheet ready for removal
• Removal of cupboards, sinks, hot water heaters from kitchen and rear bathroom
• Removal of any furniture that is not needed in PYV office

Please wear tough clothes and sturdy work boots, and bring any appropriate tools if you have them.
