Annual General Meeting 2005
PYV has previously worked on financial years, however to make things easier we had decided to move to a calendar year for electing councils. The down side of this is that we need another AGM only six months after the last one.

Who:
PYV Annual General Meeting is open to all youth leaders, pastors and other church representatives with an interest in the work of PYV. Each parish may send up to 3 voting delegates, all of whom must be aged 18 or above and be communicant members of that parish. Whilst only delegates may vote and join PYV Council all are welcome to attend the AGM and provide input.
What:
Some things we will do at the AGM:
- elect a new council (president, treasurer, secretary & councillors)
- hear about the events of last six months past
- hear about the financial position of PYV
If you would like to come to the AGM please discuss this matter with your session, and complete a nomination form that has been sent to each Session Clerk if you wish to be a delegate to the AGM.
